What We Do

The Mentoree is a mentorship institute for educators dedicated to cultivating growth through connection. We design, build, and evolve mentorship programs; present on effective mentorship practices; and consult with schools, districts, and organizations to develop responsive, relationship-centered mentorship frameworks that enhance well-being, efficacy, and retention across the education system.

Our Core Offerings

Let us help you develop a 1:1 Mentorship program or self-directed mentorship experience that gives educators, at any stage of their careers, agency and choice over who, when, and how they want to connect as Mentees and Mentors to build a relationship that provides just-in-time and over-time learning and support.

There are a variety of formats that we use to help educators capitalize on the power of conversation to build their capacity across various topics using small and large group mentorship.

These 3-part learning experiences are run by a Mentor who has developed a way to help you develop applicable knowledge and skills, allowing time in between sessions for implementation, problem solving and feedback

Motivators plan and lead a learning experience for an audience of their choice.

Educators can apply to present as a Motivator and, once approved by our Lead Team, are supported through the processes of communicating and sharing their event.

This weekly broadcast once title OnEdMentors is a panel show on voicEd Radio hosted by Noa Daniel, with topics spanning the educational landscape. We are on hiatus as VoicEd Radio transitions under the umbrella of Canadian Society for the Study of Education. All 7 years of episodes are still available wherever you listen.
